I started flipping my estate sale finds while completing my grad degree. In 2023, I surpassed my goal of $10,000 in net profit from reselling. Current interests: #beermoney, iOS apps, my new hybrid truck, and anticipating all the hobbies and naps I’ll get into during my summer break.
In 2022, I needed a break from teaching, so I got a job… teaching. But now I teach from home! I took a sizable pay cut to prioritize my mental health, and I’ve grown so much because of it. I knocked out grad school in six months, got back into video games and reading (audiobooks!), and am enjoying the extra time and energy I get to claim as my own. Last summer, I subscribed to r/beermoney and made $500 in one month doing low-effort tasks that didn’t require me to put on real pants, and now I’m exploring more ways to supplement my income from the comfort of my own home, on my own time, and probably in my pajamas.
